Designed and built by Jack xxx this studio is fully sound proofed and acoustically tuned. If you really want to hear it properly, sit in here. There is enough room to accomodate six or seven people in the control room and up to three in the studio.

Over the years my studio has become more minimalistic as technology gets smaller and smarter. Gone are the days of a massive console, huge speakers and kilometres of cables. Everything I do other than voice recording, is in the digital realm.
The studio is based on a Pro Tools Ultimate system. I have a huge range of plugins available to help shape your sound. For narration, there’s a good selection of microphones and when it comes to the mix, the possibilities are huge. This studio is set up for stereo mixing, but the other studio in the building (Take2) can be used to create a 5.1mix. I have an enormous sound effects library as well as being able to add Foley effects where needed.
My work covers TV series, commercials, corporate productions, live events and audio books. All these different productions require slightly different skills and approaches and I’m lucky to have had a long career so I can share these techniques with my clients. Over the last few years, there has been a dramatic development of audio tools and I have created my own systems to speed up the mixing process by quite a bit.
At the end of the day, I want a happy client and a great mix delivered on time and to budget.
